This Christmas holidays, transform a Yallamundi Farm egg carton into a whimsical festive village the kids will love. The Little Green Lesson: Upcycling, no-waste
Materials:
- Yallamundi Farm egg cartons
- Coloured pencils, markers or crayons
- Black pen for detailing
- Scissors
- Glue
- Cotton wool or small pom-poms for decoration.
Method

Carefully set your eggs aside for later use.

Using a pencil, draw festive faces on the outside of your egg carton – Santa, Rudolph and helpful elves.

Colour in your characters, then go over the details with a black pen. Add as many fun features as you like!

The pointed sections inside the carton make perfect Christmas trees. Draw the decorations first, then fill in with green strokes.

Use a spare egg carton to make hats for your characters. Cut out the points, colour them to match and attach cotton wool or pom-poms as festive bobbles.

Draw eyes on your eggs and carefully place them back into your festive carton.

Balance the hats on top to complete your charming Christmas scene!
